15 Spider Traps
Catchmaster Quality + Discrete Appearance
Traps Direct reworked the exterior while keeping the interior the same Eco-friendly Catchmaster 288i spider and insect traps used by pest control professionals. No more obnoxious red logos and imp matrix, now its a green pebble topside a natural pattern that blends in.
The trap you don’t see.
Despite top notch performance, the old 288i design with the red lettering was intended for placement in warehouses, restaurants and businesses. That meant the stark red IPM matrix on top with “catchmaster: Insect Trap and Monitor” made perfect sense.
But who wants that in your home? Traps Direct kept the legendary 288i layout and glue pattern, but updated the appearance. The Red was changed to Green and logos moved to the bottom of the trap. Presenting the Traps Direct 288i rev C – the C is for Consumer.

My family likes a bargain, but not at the expense of our country!
Traps Direct 288i rev C Catchmaster Spider Traps are USA made AND cost less.
I really like the green design (something about the old red design was off.)
It’s nice to see that low cost doesn’t have to be ugly.

I rarely had roaches in my place in Savannah, GA. However, recently, when most people stay home and cook during COVID-19, there has been an increase in American, German, and Oriental cockroaches. After living in an apartment in Miami Beach which was so infested with roaches, I developed roach paranoia and studied everything I could about getting rid of them. Sadly, they have been around longer than humans and will continue to be around long after we are gone. They are survivalists. Once I met a Japanese scientist on an airplane, and he said that his whole job was studying roaches. I fell for the ads for “Zevo,” which claim that it is safe and has a pleasant smell. How far from the truth that is! I had to air out my house for days after using it. The “essential oils” in it made my kitchen floor so greasy, I had to mop it numerous times. I am not here to critique Zevo but to praise your spider traps. They have caught so many roaches (and huge, scary spiders,) that I only wish I had known about you in Miami Beach! Maybe I would have stayed in that affordable apartment, although I think that “roach motel” was too far gone for anything. Thanks for an amazing product, not owned by the chemical companies and made in the USA.
