CleanerToday Inc provides services to you subject to the following conditions. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the terms and conditions and other applicable law.

Payment and Purchase Policy
Sale prices shown on CleanerToday Inc are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. CleanerToday Inc is unable to accept international orders. CleanerToday Inc ships to the continental United States.
We accept credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, paypal and Google Checkout orders. In all cases, the product might not be shipped until the funds have cleared.
CleanerToday Inc reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information. For your protection, credit card orders may be delayed while we confirm your billing information.
Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). If you are paying with a Debit Card, make sure your are aware of the limitations on daily withdrawals (if any) of your card.
Depending on the product and the circumstances of the sale, we reserve the right to bill it prior to shipment (i.e. an expiring credit card).
Shipping To An Address Other Than Your Billing Address
To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we mandate that the shipping address match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed. If the addresses are different, please contact your credit card company to add the alternate shipping address as an authorized secondary address. Your credit card company’s phone number can be found on the back of your credit card.
We do not ship to unverified shipping address as per instructions of the credit card company. This is for your protection and to help maintain a safe on-line shopping experience.
Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Both the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet Fraud Cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers and networked with our business partners.
Since all of our suppliers reserve their right to alter their prices, our pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information listed. However, CleanerToday Inc does not assume any responsibility for any errors contained therein nor from orders arising from those errors. We reserve the right to cancel any orders received without having to assign a reason to do so.
Although it is rare, we reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our Web site, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer.
Shipping Signature Options
Please note that Cleaner TODAY is not responsible for errors in mailing addresses or delivery instructions.
We ship to EXACTLY the address you provide. Please check the address you enter to ensure that it is correct and remember that most orders received before noon Eastern time are shipped same day and most all other orders are shipped the next business day.
First Class Mail Shipments
First Class Mail is the SLOWEST of all shipping methods! You can expect a 7 to 10 US Postal Service business day, sometimes longer, wait for your package to be delivered. If you need your package in a more timely manner DO NOT CHOOSE FIRST CLASS MAIL; upgrade to Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.
If you choose First Class Mail as your shipping method, we cannot guarantee delivery; the recipient assumes all shipping risks. For orders for which the customer has chosen First Class Mail , we consider the email shipment notice as proof that we mailed the package. If you believe there is any risk that First Class Mail deliveries in your area may be stolen, then we strongly recommend you upgrade to a shipping method such as Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. Use Coupon code ‘UpgradeFC‘ to upgrade to Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. This service costs an additional for $4.00.
Priority Mail Shipments
When you receive your invoice confirmation email it will contain a U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number which may be used to track the pick-up and delivery of your package. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the U.S.P.S. to scan and enter your Delivery Confirmation into their computer systems.
If you believe there is any risk that Priority Mail deliveries in your area may be stolen, then we strongly recommend the addition of U.S.P.S. Signature Confirmation service. This will require someone at your address to sign for the package or for the package to be picked up at the local Post Office. To request this service, use coupon signature This service costs an additional $2.75.
If the U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation indicates that your package has been delivered, we will not accept a lost product refund claim or replace your package.
The U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation service is NOT a real-time tracking service and will not indicate the location of your package at any given time; instead it ONLY confirms the pick-up and delivery of the item(s). If you require detailed tracking, choose FedEx shipping.
FedEx Ground Shipments
When you choose FedEx shipping, we will automatically ship your package signature not required. If no one is available at your address when delivery is attempted, your package will be left, usually near the front door, and FedEx will list the package as delivered with a notation of where the package was left. If FedEx indicates that the package has been delivered we will not accept a lost product refund claim or replace your package. If you believe there is any risk that packages may be stolen from the area near your front door, we strongly recommend the addition of FedEx Signature Confirmation service. This service will require someone at your address to sign for the package at the time of delivery. If no one is available at your address to sign for the package, a notice will be left for you by FedEx indicating the date of the next delivery attempt. If no one can be available to sign for the package DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SERVICE. However please note that FedEX Home Delivery service will deliver on Saturdays. To add FedEx Signature Confirmation service, use coupon code signature after selecting FedEx delivery. This service costs an additional $2.75.
Lost Packages (not applicable to First Class Mail shipments)
If you believe your package was lost in transit, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. We need to follow proper shipper procedures to determine if the package was signed for by another person, stolen, or lost.
If you have not received your package within 30 business days from the shipping date and the relevant shipping company confirms that the package was not delivered, we will re-ship the order again plus shipping. Should you receive both packages, you are liable to return one back to us.
We will not reship or refund orders for which the relevant shipping company can confirm delivery at the destination.
If you prefer, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges unless proof of delivery can be obtained. There will be no refunds for lost packages unless the above procedure is followed.
Cancellations and Refused Delivery
We make our best effort to ship your order as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us by phone or e-mail within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellations cost us time and processing expenses, therefore we have a $15 cancellation fee to cover the time and fees we incurred. If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions in addition to the cancellation fee.
30 day Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns
The entire staff at Cleaner Today is dedicated to ensuring that you meet with success when using any of our line of products. We will personally work with you to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues whenever possible. However, we do recognize that on rare occasions it is necessary for customers to return an eligible product within 30 days of purchase for a refund. In those cases, please follow these simple steps:

1. Requesting the RMA #
To request an RMA# the order must be no older than 30 days. Locate the original confirmation Email sent to you, and reply to that email with an RMA request. Include also an explanation of why you need to return the item.
If the original email can not be located, then send an email to
including your original order # (date within 30 days of purchase) and include an explanation of why you need to return the item. This will determine where we ask you to ship the product – returns are usually sent directly to one of our warehouses. After your request is processed (2-3 days) we will reply with shipping instructions.
Products returned without an RMA may get lost in the process, and prevent us from processing your return.
2. Shipping the Return
Items eligible for refund must be shipped back to us in order to process your refund request in the same way in which a “brick and mortar” store would require that you return the physical item. Just like paying for the gas to drive to a brick and motar store, the customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the shipping box / label. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back via traceable carrier. We must receive your item back within 30 days of issuing the RMA#.
3. Processing the Return
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less a restocking charge and free shipping charge. Please allow us 5 – 7 business days from the time we receive the item to process your return. For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using PayPal, or Google Checkout, the refund will be issued to Paypal or Google Checkout who will then apply the refund according to their policies. Upon issuance of refund, any reviews or feedback related to the reversed transaction will be removed.
When an item is returned it must be inspected and placed back into inventory. The restocking charge covers the cost of order processing, packaging and placement back into inventory. Restocking charge is 15% of the item price or a $10 Minimum. For Items that were sold in a bundle or kit, the item is prorated as a portion of the original price, and the restocking charge is 15% of the lower prorated charge.

If your order received free shipping, then a $8.95 flat rate shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount to reflect our costs to box and ship the original order.
AFTER you are given an RMA#, you may return most non-defective items for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap). Merchandise returned with missing items is not eligible for a refund. Unused items receive a refund of the product cost less a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Contractor Bulk Purchases:
Because of the extreme discounts offered on our contractor bulk items, contractor bulk items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. We ask that you purchase a retail size, which have our full satisfaction guarantee, before deciding to order our contractor quantities. This exclusion applies to QSE-50, QSE-200, OX-50, and Contractor Roof Armor.
You may return defective items to us within 30 days for a replacement. After 30 days, the Manufacturer’s Warranty will apply and we will help you contact them if you have any issues. If the item shows signs of misuse, it will not be accepted for return. Items returned, that are being claimed as defective or damaged, WILL BE SUBJECT to a 15% restocking fee if they are found to be in working order. Please read the instructions.
Fogmaster Jr 5330 – Return Policy
All fogmasters are guaranteed to be new, direct from the Fogmaster factory and free of defects.
Unopened, factory sealed box: If the factory tape is not broken – return for refund less the 15% restocking fee.
Open box : All open boxes are shipped to the manufacturer for evaluation if the fogger is:
NOT Defective – refund less $50 ‘USED UNIT’ return & our actual shipping costs.
This policy exists to discourage purchasing the fogger for a single use, then claiming a defective unit to get a refund.
While this practice is uncommon, we regret that it happens often enough to require this policy.
We can not accept the return of certain items, including:
- Open or used products
- Single use products such as Individual Wipes
- Used Applicators, foggers or other tools
- Other select items, as noted on the product detail page
- Any items purchased over 30 days
All Sales on the above listed items are final.
QSE and OX Product Line Cleaners:
Our line of homeowner and professional cleaners are designed and formulated to be successful in over 98% of cleaning situations for which they are designed. It is important to remember that NO cleaner can remove EVERY stain. Our cleaning products are designed to remove organic stains such as those caused by mold, algae, mildew, and moss among other sources of organic stains. Our products are not designed to remove mineral-type stains such as calcium, lime, or rust. For these situations we recommend the use of an acid-type cleaners widely available at home improvement and grocery stores.
If our technical support specialists are unable to help you resolve the problem you are encountering, you may choose to try a different product, in which case we will give you up to a 50% credit toward the price of the alternative product, or you may choose to request a refund.
Our QSE and OX products come packed in one pound EZ-pouches. The full purchase price of the FIRST used EX-pouch is 100% refundable if you are not satisfied, provided that you return the empty bag so that we may troubleshoot our manufacturing process. All UNOPENED EZ-pouches beyond the first EZ-pouch can be returned for a refund of the purchase price less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Spider Trap and Moth Trap orders:
We sell thousands of moth and spider traps that are very successful. Keep in mind Moths and Spiders are living creatures and may not always ‘jump into’ a trap. Spiders wander into the traps, and only male moths currently reproducing are drawn to the traps. Failure to catch spiders or moths in some number of days does not constitute the failure of a trap. We do issue refunds on traps as long as they are all returned.

We make every effort to return all calls and e-mails, Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. During particularly heavy order or contact periods, returns calls or e-mails may be slightly delayed, in which case we appreciate your patience.
Unjustified Credit Card Chargebacks
A chargeback is when a customer disputes a charge made on his card. If the cardholder did not authorize the purchase, we will work with you to ensure the situation is resolved to your satisfaction.
Please read and acknowledge our cancellation, return, replacement, order acceptance, and payment policies prior to placing an order. We do this to confirm that both parties understand the expectations in entering a business agreement. If, after reviewing our policies, you place your order, you are consenting to abide by our policies. We make every attempt to be fair and reasonable in our interactions.
In accordance with this, we will charge a $25 fee for every unjustified credit card chargeback against our company. We will also report all unjustified chargebacks to ChargeBackProtection Organization, thereby banning you from placing orders with any business that uses ChargeBackProtection Organization.
Examples of unjustified chargebacks are: a customer starts an unwarranted dispute with his credit card company, a customer refuses to pay, a customer issues an baseless complaint, a customer ships the product without going through the RMA process and starts a dispute, a customer disregards our return policy and etc.

In the event that a CleanerToday Inc product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, CleanerToday Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CleanerToday Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CleanerToday Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by CleanerToday Inc without notice at any time, for any reason.
